These are a few of the catch phrases heard regularly on many Christian television programs. Does the Bible really teach these concepts, or is the viewer being bombarded with double-talk and out of context scripture to seduce them into giving? Is it really God’s will for all believers to be rich, drive the best cars, live in the nicest neighborhoods and wear designer clothes?
